These amounts are approximate and may vary depending on several factors, including: age, breed, and temperament, activity levels, climate, and temperature, among others. Therefore, they must be adjusted to maintain the animal at its optimal weight. As a guide, the daily ration will be between 1% and 1.5% of its weight.
